I don't appreciate sitting in the dark room (room lights turn off while waiting for Dr to come into the examination room).
Otherwise Dr Lindblom is extremely knowledgeable, caring along with understanding the patient needs.
He treats you with respect like a real person not as a number. He takes the time to get to know you as a person and gives you explanation of what is going on with your body so that a non-medical person can understand.
My hope is that Astera Health does not make him play the numbers game to screw the patient to make a greedy profit!
Dr. Chessor is such a wonderful doctor and person. She’s a great listener and she never rolls off your smallest complaints. She’s very thorough. She also works very closely with my other doctors at Astera and I am very well taken care of. That’s why I go there. In Feb I had a medical emergency at home and they saved my life by stabilizing me until I was life flighted out for extreme care. I trust Astera Best hospital I have ever been to! Thanks for saving my life Asteria! God Bless to you all!❤️🙏🏼😊
From the time I arrived to I left all of the staff was very friendly & efficient. The nurses that checked me in were great. In the OR the nurses, Anesthesiologists & Dr Travis Schwartz were awesome. Very thorough and explained what they were going to do & then talking to me afterwards.
I would recommend this team to anyone.
I made and appt. To get a REFERRAL for a phycologist since I had a baby too months prior and was going through postpartum depression. I told the Psychiatrist Dr. Elliott I was going to set up a Christmas tree with my family that night and had stuff coming up she LOCKED ME UP AGAINST MY WILL told everyone I was going to kill myself got locked up for 8 hours!! CPS came to my house for no reason I will never NEVER GO BACK THERE
NEVER EVEN GOT A REFERRAL
The staff at Astera are always pleasant and helpful. My wait time is always short and my Dr. and nurse always take time to explain things and answer any questions I may have.
I can only tell you that the comprehensive healthcare I have received from my team. Including Dr Meyer. The chiropractor Dr Spandall and. Orthopedic. Their care has saved my life. I came from Lakewood I was near death relying on pain medication to make it through each day I have turned my life around with the care of your doctors your chiropractor and I cannot tell you what a difference they have made in my life
I can’t say enough WONDERFUL things about this place and people !! Had emergency surgery traveling through on a road trip and they were all above and beyond ! Dr. Soderberg and his team are fabulous. If i lived in the area i would work here so fast !
